Obsessed with birds, umbrellas, and money, The Penguin, one of Batman's oldest foes, uses his trained penguins and his Penguin-Sub to commit brick burglaries.

In LEGO Batman: The Videogame, The Penguin can employ Penguin goons by lifting his hat and releasing a minion armed with a bomb.
Penguin minions can destroy demolition LEGO objects and can also travel through small spaces. The Penguin can also use his signature umbrella to glide through the air.

The Penguin uses an assortment of trick umbrellas to commit his "fowl" crimes. They carry flamethrowers, sword tips, and more.
