This is Penguin's first sub in the product series. It has a para scope for seeing above the surface of the water. It is shaped like a penguin. This sub is smaller and less heavily armed than penguin's second sub. However, it did manage to break into the Batcave using underwater tunnels.

In The Game, this sub is used by Penguin's goons instead of The Penguin himself.
