Throughout The Game, there are are 10 minikit pieces hidden in every level, making 300 pieces total (But 150 in the DS version). Obtaining all parts requires the use of "Freeplay mode" in which the players can change characters. You need to unlock a characters with certain powers in order to find all of them. Two additional kits are completed from achieving "Super Hero" status in all 15 hero levels and "Super Villain" status in all 15 villain levels. Many of the minikits are scaled down version of larger vehicles such as The Batmobile, and Harley Quinn's Hammer Truck. Some kits, however are full-sized models such as Robin's Watercraft and Killer_Croc's_Jet_Ski. By pressing a button, players can take the minikits apart and rotate them however they whant. In the DS version, however, all of the kits are full-scale vehicles and cannot be disassembled.
