A genius scientist, Strange first caught Batman's attention when he used a machine to create dense fog and rob Gotham's banks without witnesses.

Dr. Strange is hiding out in the Gotham Bullion Building guarded by an assortment of thugs. Once you find him in Villain Hunt mode (you have seven minutes to do so) he is available to buy for 100,000 studs.
NOTE: Dr. Hugo Strange appears only in the Nintendo DS version.
